Radiologic Technologist - Radiology
Full time 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
The Radiologic Technologist, under direct supervision, takes images of various portions of the body by operating stationary and portable x-ray equipment according to developmental factors and age specifics. Processes and critiques radiographic films, prepares room, equipment, supplies and medications.
Education: Completion of a two year approved School of Radiology Technology.
Experience: One year full time experience as a Radiological Technologist. CT and MRI experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills
Certificates & Licenses: Registry by the American Registry of Radiology Technology. Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Other Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, nurses, and other hospital personnel. Must be able to complete all annual competencies. Lifting up to 50lbs and pulling up to 100lbs.
